Nine "intelligent granulation production lines". All nine granulation production lines in the workshop adopt automated control, realizing "unmanned operation" from raw material sorting to finished product packaging. For example, the temperature and pressure of the screw pelletizer are monitored in real time via the PLC system. In case of any abnormality, the system will automatically alarm and shut down to ensure production safety and stability. The production lines have an annual capacity of 30,000 tons, which can meet customers' large-scale needs.
